Delivery estimates
Our current standard transit estimate is 5–8 business days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier networks, customs processing, public holidays, severe weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Order fulfilment
Orders may be dispatched through our fulfilment partners depending on the product, stock availability and delivery destination.
You may receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
International orders
International orders may be subject to local taxes, duties, customs charges or other import fees.
Where these charges are not collected from you at checkout, they may be payable separately when your order enters the destination country. Any such charges imposed by local authorities are outside our control.
